| Well I guess its time for my monthly update. I really have nothing to talk about except weightlifting so here goes. I am starting to come around from my rotator cuff injury, working out with 225 for high reps. My squat is coming around, working out with 400+, and my deadlift is definitely over 500. I actually haven't had an injury so far, well except for my eye...but that wasn't really that serious. Thats about it though, still hatin school and I can't wait till college.

| Wow! It's been awhile since I updated, but nothing has really been going on for me to update about. Been going to the YMCA everyday for several weeks now. Been workin out alot and playin some ball. Been playin on the guitar a lil bit. I can't actually play yet, just practicing. And that's really about it. No complaints or worries right now, just goofin around at school and bein stupid/funny as usual. But I guess I'm gonna go and I might update again in march.
By the way, I turn 17 tomorrow. yay. so exciting.......(yes i am being sarcastic)

| Well I suppose I could update.....football is finally over. We had a tough loss to Bellevue. Anyway, I am really looking forward to this winter cause I have a new set of goals for myself. Last year I forced a lo t of weight on myself in order to get stronger and it worked. But due to injuries I lost a lot of my power before the season started. This year my focus will be on increasing my speed and my overall physique...since I um... obviously need it-LOL. Other than that, life's goin real good. I don't have many complaints right now. I guess I will try to start updating once a week....or at least once a month just to keep up on things.

| Welp, we won our game last night. WE BEAT GREENUP COUNTY!!!! Our defense played so freakin awesome JT and Caleb are freakin dominant linebackers. Our line just spanked greenup on both sides of the ball. It feels so awesome to end a 7 year losing streak to them faggots. Anyway, today I got to hang out with Marissa all day, literally. I went to her house around 12:30 and got home around 1:30. I'm not complaining though. I had so much fun. I'm not gonna list every single place we went cause it would take forever but it was really fun. But since its 2:30 and I have church in the morning, I should probably go to bed. Everyone make sure you go to Lexington next week when we stomp LCA

| Hey guys. Sorry for not being able to comment people back...I still don't have my computer back yet. I'm over at Caleb;s right now so I figured I would post. School has been pretty good so far. I like most of my classes and all my teachers seem to be pretty cool. Besides that...I am really excited for pur football team last night. I know we got beat...but who cares? We kept playing hard the whole game...where last year we wouldn't have even tried in the 2nd half. The score is kinda deceiving anyway becuase they usually scored a little mistake of ours. But that shows we have some work to do and as we develop during the season..I really believe we are gonna be good. like win the rest of our games good. But thats about it though so I am out. |
